What you share

We collect your name, email, adult eligibility confirmation, country, time zone, English-coaching eligibility, optional profile and store links, business stage and revenue range, coaching and operating budget ranges, time commitment, goals, and answers about your business. We also record submission time and referral campaign parameters when present.

How your information is used

Your information is used to review whether coaching could be a fit and to contact you about your application. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Budget, time, and start-date answers may flag applications for closer review; acceptance is decided by a person. Country and time zone help with scheduling.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in a private database on our own hosting infrastructure (Fly.io). The application inbox is restricted to the site owner. Service providers process data to operate the site and may process it outside your country. Applications are not displayed publicly or sold.

Applications older than 180 days are deleted from the active database when a new application is received or the owner loads the inbox. Any downloaded copies must be handled separately. For abuse prevention, the service temporarily stores a hash derived from an IP address and an hourly time window; expired rate-limit entries are cleared during those same operations. Hosting providers may also process technical request logs for security and service operation.

Your choices

Submitting the form authorizes review and contact about coaching. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your application, or withdraw permission for further contact, by emailing vincent@drybuilds.com. Include the email used in your application and, if available, your application reference. Do not include bank details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information in your answers.

Eligibility and outcomes

This application is for adults 18 and older. The coaching investment starts at $1,000 USD and is separate from business expenses. Revenue and profit are not guaranteed. Applying does not book a call, take payment, or enter you into a coaching agreement.
